The downstairs of the house is rented to a year round resident. The house has a great open floor plan. The living room has a deck. It also has Cable TV, wireless DSL, 2 DVD's, two twin roll-away beds,4 bikes, beach chairs, and boogie boards for tenant use. The kitchen if fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed.
