What a neat cottage with a open floor plan. The living room has cable TV and 2 queen size futons. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. One bedroom has 2 full size beds. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV with vcr. The yard is very private and fenced. There's even a outside shower to rinse the sand off after the beach. You must see this house to appreciate it. No phone. Total does not include $100 non refundable pet deposit.
