1. CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 3 PM AND CHECK OUT IS BY 10 AM. During our peak season we try our best to have the units ready by 3 pm. In the event your unit is not ready by 3 pm we would greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while we correct the problem.
2. We will not under any circumstances rent to anyone under the age of 25 years old.
3. Most of our properties do not allow for pets. This rule is strictly enforced however we do offer "pet friendly units" upon request.
4. SECURITY DEPOSITS are due within 10 days of making your reservation and are only accepted in the form of a CHECK. We will not charge a deposit to a credit card.
Please Note:
Some properties do not require you to mail in a security deposit. If your confirmation states 0.00 and N/A for deposit due date then security via mail is not required. On these units we can hold your reservation with an accepted credit card. Deposits are not applied to the rent and will be refunded within 30 days of your check out date providing that:
a. No damage was done to the property.
b. All garbage was taken out to the dumpster and dishes were cleaned and put away.
c. The unit was left in the same shape it was found and no excessive cleaning was necessary.
d. All of the incurred charges were paid in full upon before departure.
e. All of the keys are returned to the office of Tybee Island Rentals, Inc.
5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Due to fire codes only four (4) people are allowed to a one bedroom condo. Six (6) people are allowed in a two (2) bedroom condo and eight (8) people to a three (3) bedroom condo. These numbers include children!
6. NO DAILY MAID OR LINEN SERVICE. The properties are supplied with enough bath towels for EACH person to have one set and enough bed linens for each bed. Towels are not permitted to be taken from the units for any reason. PLEASE BRING BEACH TOWELS.
7. FALSEFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and / or rental money. Additionally the party will not be permitted to check in, and in the event falsification is noticed after the check in, party will be vacated from the property.
8. UNITS FOR SALE. In the event a property you are renting is listed for sale; we may find the need to show the property during your visit. We will make every effort to schedule a showing at a convenient time so your vacation is not disturbed.
9. WEATHER POLICY. We do not guarantee the weather. No refunds will be given unless under a hurricane warning.
10. PAYMENT. Full payment of your reservation is due 15 days prior to check in. Please make check payable to Tybee Island Rentals.
11. CANCELLATION POLICY ? TO AVOID ANY CHARGES, CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 30 (THIRTY) DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE.
